All Time Low is a pop punk band created in 2003 in Towson of Baltimore County, Maryland. The four original band members, Alex Gaskarth, Jack Barakat, Rian Dawson and Zach Merrick, met in high school and began their collaborations as a high school cover band. Shortly afterwards they began writing original material, signed with Emerald Moon Records, and released their first studio album (The Party Scene), and scored a second record deal with Hopeless Records before graduation.
